I love a gentle beast
a man of intimidating size
with a kind heart and soft soul
he cradles me
against his warm protection
and makes me feel safe
other men cower
aware of his great power
and beat their chests
they growl and grunt
trying to show their stuff
and bluster with all the rest
great misthrown blows
bruise my feminine ego
by these misanthrope brutes
my man doesn't crush a rose
he doesn't make a show
to prove what or who he is
I like a big man
of impressive size
to tower over me
a man so big
the size is in his soul
and makes him the bigger man
a man that knows
that to take care of a woman
you must be gentle
that's my man.
a gentle beast
a big, soft man
who isn't afraid
to say he loves me.
